What Is Have Perfect People?
“Have Perfect People” offers small business coaching tools to help small business owners to hire, discipline, fire, train and motivate superstar employees who will be totally focused on getting the work done for increased profits, less headaches and more freedom.
Some of the staffing solutions we provide small business owners are; hiring, help-wanted ads, interview scorecards, effective training, performance reviews, reducing employee turnover, discipline and employee termination (firing).

These staffing solutions can be purchased on-line at our webstore or, for the fastest results (very little work on your part) you can sign up for one of our one-on-one coaching programs.

Do You Service A Particular Geographic Area?
Our physical office is located near Philadelphia (Pennsylvania). However, since some of our consulting is typically done over the telephone we are able to service clients all across the USA.

What Are Your Hours?
Our workday is 7:00 to 4:00 eastern, Monday through Friday.  This allows us to be available to our East Coast clients as well as our West Coast clients, and everyone in between.
You are always welcome to leave a voicemail or send email.  We will return all phone calls and emails within one business day.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Product?

Please allow two weeks for shipments to reach you in the United States. Please allow four weeks for shipments to reach all other destinations. In most, but not all, cases you will receive an email with tracking information if it is available. Can I Get A Refund On The One-On-One Coaching Program?
We have a 100% guarantee.  If you are ever unhappy after your first one hour consultation, just let me know and I won’t even run your card.

After the first one hour consultation there is no “trial period.” Once I arrange my calendar and set aside hours to dedicate myself to you, it would not be fair to me or to the folks on the waiting list for you to back out.

How Do I Get A Refund?
In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price (less S & H charges, $14.95 and $19.97 international), please make sure to follow the directions below:

1. You must have purchased the product from  the Have Perfect People Webstore. We are the only authorized place on the web for Have Perfect People Products.

2. You must return the products to:

3. The returned package must include all parts of the ordered product, forms and bonus materials and original packaging if applicable.

To receive a return authorization:

Send an email to Kurt@HavePerfectPeople.com. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your original order: name, order id, product, and date if available. As soon as we have processed your request you will receive an email with instructions where to send the return.

Return all products in “like new” condition with original packaging if applicable. Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund for the purchase price less shipping and handling charges. If you paid by credit card, your refund will only be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Can I Pay For My Order With More Than One Credit Card?

Please fax in your order. On the online webstore: fill in your billing and shipping information, print out the order form and fax it to 610.971.9739. Attach additional information as needed. For each credit card that you wish to use, please specify the billing address registered to that card, the card number, expiration date and the amount you wish to apply to that card.
